Sector A (Open space non-commercial) :
Participants to construct their pavilion / stalls at their own cost. Counter Sales not permissible.

Sector B (Covered readymade booth) :
Provides for built up 9 sq. mtr booth with wooden floor, side and rear panel based walls, carpeting, spot lights, facia, two podiums, one table and two chairs. Counter Sales not permissible. On getting demand some AC Stalls in Sector B would be constructed with an extra charge of 25%.

Sector C : (Open space - commercial) : Stipulations of Sector A will apply except that counter sales allowed.

Sector C : (Covered stall-commercial) : Provides for 12 Sq. mtr. booth as per facilities provided in the case of Sector B. Retail sales allowed.

Early Bird discount :
10% discount allowed on the participation fee payable for booking of space on or before November 8, 2007.

Electricity
Rs. 100 per kw per day towards Energy consumption for participants in Sector A & C will be charged. Energy consumption charge upto the use of 4 X 100 watts spot light in sector B stalls and commercial stalls is free. Beyond the above energy, the participants will be required to pay @ Rs. 100 per KW per day.

Participants will be required to pay separately for drawing service lines , internal wiring and fitting in their respective pavilions directly to the Contractor empanelled by the Trade Fair Committee.

Security Deposit :
Refundable Security Deposit of Rs. 2000/- by a separate cheque/DD required.

Telephone connection :
Limited telephone facility is available to participants on selective basis, at an extra cost, subject to prior intimation of requirement to fair authorities.
Space Booking & Payment:
Application in the prescribed format may be submitted to the BNCCI or ITPO accompanied by a DD/Banker Cheque on any Bank at Kolkata in favour of “B.N.C.C.& I. A/C I.I.T.F.“ towards participation fee / security deposit as under :-
— 50% at the time of submission of application along with refundable security deposit of Rs. 2000/- by two separate cheques/DD.
— Balance amount is payable on or before December 31, 2007 along with Service Tax & Cess as levied by Central Government.
Application Form and participation details are also available on BNCCI Website. Allotment of space/stall will be made on receipt of full payment only. The final allotment will be at the entire discretion of BNCCI / Organisers.

Cancellation : If the Applicant fails to pay the balance amount within the stipulated date i.e. 31st December, 2007, his/her advance payment along with security deposit will be liable for forfeiture. Participation charges once paid cannot be refunded.
